Symptoms;
When trying to Drive a locomotive in DCC the dial returns to 0 and the locomotive will not move;
Cause;
Locomotive has no fuel added.
Solution;
Enter surveyor and add fuel to the locomotive as shown in this tutorial (http://www.worldoftrainz.com/Pages/Tutorials_TRS2006/TRS2006IndustrySurveyor.htm).
Status
This behavior is a design feature that mimics prototypical behavior. It can be turned off in surveyor.
