Symptoms;

When trying to install a locomotive you receive the following error;
Serial number not found", "Please ensure you have installed the latest version of the Gatekeeper before reinstalling.

Cause;

Serial numbers have not been installed by the Gatekeeper.


Solution;

Install the Gatekeeper file before installing any locomotives. Gatekeeper must be reinstalled with each new purchase.


Status

This behavior is by design and is a combined convenience and security feature.
