Symptoms;
When trying to install a locomotive you receive the following error;
Installation FAILED due to incorrect details. This could be due to several reasons;
1) You have not yet entered your user name in to the version of Trainz that you are attempting to install to.
2) You have supplied an incorrect user name when you purchased the locomotive/s.
3) You have attempted to install Gatekeeper in to multiple versions of Trainz but not all the user names matched.
Please try correcting any of the above issues and if the installation still fails please visit World of Trainz and create a support ticket relating to this issue.
Cause;
Gatekeeper is unable to match the username supplied with the purchase with the username installed in the simulator.
Solution;
Please use the Contact Us (http://www.worldoftrainz.com/forumvb/../Pages/Support/ContactUsForm.html) form to advise us of the correct username.
