I get a 404 error or an access denied error when attempting to download the installation package

This error is caused by incorrect or invalid links sent out by the link creation software. Usually this error will only occure after a new release or for user specific items such as the gatekeeper

The locomotive installs fine but does not show up in Trainz or CMP shows the locomotive has missing dependencies

This error is caused by the TrainzUtil program not commiting the assets when they are installed. This is an Auran supplied tool that allows assets to be installed directly in the Trainz Asset Database. Unfortunately it has a small bug and sometimes assets are not commited as intended. To correct this error open CMP and switch to the "Open for Edit" tab. Select all assets that were created with the 86105 userID or the Phil_C username and then right click. From the context menu that appears select "Edit" and then "Commit". The locomotive should no longer have any missing dependencies.

When adding the locomotive to a track it derails straight away and when I switch to driver a message appears about the Gatekeeper not being installed

This error is caused by the absence of the gatekeeper asset. There should have been a link included with the purchase email with a customized installer for the Gatekeeper. This file must be installed in order for the locomotive to be used.

When adding the locomotive to a track it derails straight away and when I switch to driver a message from Gatekeeper about usernames not matching appears

This error is caused by the username you supplied when purchasing the locomotive not matching the one contained with in TRS2006. The Gatekeeper is case dependant. If you have provided an incorrect username and do not know what the correct username is then please download this program and run it to determine the correct username. It will determine your correct username and create a log file on your C drive in a folder called WOT. Please use a support ticket or the forum to contact us in regards obtaining the correct Gatekeeper.

When attempting to install the Gatekeeper it says it "Failed to get text line" and when I click on OK it says something about usernames and passwords

This error is caused by a missing file in the installation of TRS2006. Possibly caused by not entering your username and password into either TRS2006's launcher or in CMP. To correct this problem try entering your userdetails in CMP.

After installing a replacement gatekeeper the locomotive still derails in driver

This error is caused by CMP not replacing the existing Gatekeeper. To correct this problem ensure the incorrect Gatekeeper is removed before installing the replacement.

When attempting to drive the locomotive in either DCC or Cab mode nothing happens.

This error is caused by a lack of fuel in the locomotive. Please refer to the previous chapter for directions on adding fuel to the locomotive.

I still can not get the locomotive to work or when trying to use the locomotive I get a script error

If after trying all solutions offered on this page the locomotive will still not work as intended or you are receiving script errors then to help find a solution please open your TRS2006 installation directory and in it you will find a text file called Jetlog.txt. Please then create a support ticket and an email address will be provided to send the file to.

I have decided that I do not want the locomotive can I get a refund

Due to the digital nature of the locomotive I cannot offer refunds for any reason. I will however do my utmost to alleviate or correct any issues that may arrise with the locomotives.
